Support the future construction workforce by connecting with Careers In Construction Colorado (CICC) students at the Career Exploration and Hiring Fair. This event is designed to give students the opportunity to explore a wide range of career pathways while meeting industry professionals face-to-face.

Participating companies can share insights about their organization, craft, and career opportunities, helping students better understand the many paths available in the construction industry. On-the-spot hiring, internships, and employment matches may occur based on workforce needs and role alignment. Every interaction helps students gain real-world insight and build meaningful connections within the industry.
